Do you use Parental Controls for your children’s TV/Computer?

Do you use a parental control/v chip on your TV/computer for your children?
If you do, how old are they and what is the controls set to?
I have a 14 year old son, but he does not need any parental controls due to he has probably seen programs 500x more extreme than me!

My oldest is 9 right now and have not seen a need to do this. Probably when he gets older, we will use one for the computer, but not for the TV. When he is watching the tv we know what he is watching and we are teaching him every year what is acceptable for the tv and computer. Also, his computer sits out in the dining room so that I can see what he is doing on it, not in his bedroom.
